1. How do I make a deposit by Bank Drafts/International Money Order?

We accept cashier cheques, bank drafts and international money order in the following currencies:

  • USD   US Dollars
  • EUR Euro

Cheques should be made payable to:

Please fax or email a copy of the bank's receipt for the bank draft or money oder to +632 857 2060 or bank@M88.com.

Please Note:
Be sure to write your M88 username on the reverse side of the bank draft /international money order to allow for easier identification. If this information is not provided, there may be a delay in the processing of your deposit. Your account will be credited as soon as we physically receive the cheque.

We do not accept any personal cheques.

2. How do I make a deposit using Western Union?

You can fund your M88 account using Western Union’s money transfer service.

Step 1:   Contact M88 Customer Service Live Help or through our Customer Service email (help@M88.com) to obtain the latest receiver information.

Step 2:   Visit Western Union’s website or your nearest Western Union agent and send your funds to the appropriate receiver provided by M88 Customer Service.

Step 3:   Obtain the Money Transfer Control Number and the official receipt from the Western Union agent.

Step 4:   Sign into your M88 account, select Money Transfer under the Deposit menu and enter all requested information. At the same time, fax a copy of the official receipt to +632 857 2060 or email it to bank@M88.com

Please indicate your M88 account number or user name on the copy of the official receipt or include this information in your email content.

Please Note :

Money Transfer deposits may take up to 2 business days to appear in your M88 account. As we do not accept third party payments, the official receipt must bear your name as the sender. Discrepancies in the sender information will delay the processing of your deposit.

3. How do I make a deposit using MoneyGram?

You can fund your M88 account using MoneyGram's money transfer service.

Step 1:   Contact M88 Customer Service Live Help or through our Customer Service email (help@M88.com) to obtain the latest receiver information.

Step 2:   Visit your nearest MoneyGram agent and send your funds to the appropriate receiver provided by M88 Customer Service.

Step 3:   Obtain the MoneyGram Money Transfer Reference Number and the official receipt from the MoneyGram agent.

Step 4:   Sign in your M88 account, select MoneyGram under the Deposit menu and enter all requested information. At the same time, fax a copy of the official receipt to +632 857 2060 or email it to bank@M88.com

Please indicate your M88 account number or user name on the copy of the official receipt or include this information in your email content.

Please Note :

4. How do I make a deposit using International Bank Transfer?

To fund your M88 account using International Bank Transfer, you would need to visit your bank to arrange for the transfer of funds to our bank account.

Step 1:   Contact M88 Customer Live Help or Customer Service email (help@M88.com)to obtain our bank transfer details.

Step 2:   Visit your bank and arrange for the bank transfer, ensuring that your M88 account number and user name is provided as the payment reference. Omissions of the account number and user name will result in delays in the processing of your deposit.

Step 3:   Sign in to your M88 account, select International Bank Transfer under the Deposit menu and enter all the requested information.

Step 4:   At the same time, fax a copy of the Bank Transfer receipt to us at +632 857 2060 or email it to bank@M88.com

Your Bank Transfer deposit will be processed and reflected in the account when the funds are received by our bank. Please allow 2 – 5 business days for processing of Bank Transfer deposits.

5. How do I make a deposit using Local-Pay?

Local-Pay is a deposit service that is open to M88 members registered from the following countries:

  • Malaysia with MYR-denominated M88 account
  • Vietnam with USD-denominated M88 account
  • Thailand with THB-denominated M88 account
  • Indonesia with IDR-denominated M88 account

Step 1:   Contact M88 Customer Service Live Help or through our Customer Service email (help@M88.com) to obtain our bank transfer details.

Step 2:   Arrange for the deposit of your funds into the provided bank accounts. Please indicate your M88 Username during the deposit.

Step 3:   Sign in to your M88 account, select Local-Pay under the Deposit menu and enter all the requested information.

Step 4:   At the same time, fax a copy of the official receipt to +632 857 2060 or email it to bank@M88.com

Your Bank Transfer deposit will be processed and reflected in the account when the funds are received by our bank. Please allow 1 to 2 business days for processing of Bank Transfer deposits.

6. How do I make a deposit using Quick Transfer?

Quick Transfer is a deposit service that is open to M88 members registered from the following countries:

  • China with RMB-denominated M88 account
  • Indonesia with IDR-denominated M88 account
  • Thailand with THB-denominated M88 account
  • Vietnam with USD-denominated M88 account
  • Vietnam with VND-denominated M88 account

Step 1:   Contact M88 Customer Service Live Help to obtain our bank transfer details.

Step 2:   Arrange for the deposit of your funds into the provided bank accounts.

Step 3:   Login into your M88 account, select Deposit/Withdrawal/Transfer, select Quick Transfer under the Deposit menu and enter all the requested information.

Step 4:   Upload a copy of the official receipt if necessary when submitting the deposit form or email it to bank@M88.com

Your deposit through Quick Transfer will be processed and reflected in the Main Wallet when the funds are received by our bank.

7. How do I make a deposit using NETELLER?

NETELLER is an e-Wallet that allows its members to deposit funds into their wallet accounts with NETELLER and to make use of these funds to make purchases and payments with their merchants.

NETELLER is available for members with M88 accounts in the following currencies:

  • USD
  • EUR

Before making a deposit using NETELLER, you would have to ensure that there is sufficient balance in your NETELLER account. If not, please proceed to NETELLER website to deposit your funds into the account.

To perform the deposit, select NETELLER from the Deposit menu. Enter the amount you want to deposit, your 12-digit NETELLER account number and your assigned NETELLER Secure ID. The amount will be instantly credited into your M88 account.

By choosing Neteller as your initial deposit method, you are not able to use Moneybookers on your future deposits.

8. How do I make a deposit using Moneybookers?

Moneybookers is an e-wallet service that allows M88 customers to deposit into their M88 account by transfering funds in their Moneybookers accounts to M88's Moneybookers account.

Moneybookers is available for members with M88 accounts in the following currencies:

  • USD
  • EUR
  • AUD
  • THB

Before making a deposit using Moneybookers, you would have to ensure that there is sufficient balance in your Moneybookers account. If not, please proceed to 'website to deposit your funds into the account.

To perform the deposit, select Moneybookers from the Deposit menu and input the amount you wish to deposit. After clicking on the "Submit" button, you will be forwarded to Moneybooker's website where you will be requested to provide your Moneybookers User ID and password. Once the transfer from your Moneybookers account is successfully completed, the deposit amount will be credited to your M88 account instantly.

By choosing Moneybookers as your initial deposit method, you are not able to use Neteller on your future deposits.

9. How do I make a deposit using TPay?

TPay is an e-wallet service in Thailand, allowing its members to use the funds in their e-wallets for purchases in TPay merchant site or to send money to another individual's TPay e-wallet.

TPay is available for members with the following M88 accounts:

  • THB-denominated account in Thailand

Before making a deposit using TPay, you would have to ensure that there is sufficient balance in your TPay account. If not, please proceed to Paysbuy website to deposit your funds into the account.

To perform the deposit, select TPay from the Deposit menu. Enter the amount you want to deposit and click Submit button. You will be forwarded to TPay's website to complete the fund transfer.

Please ensure to click the "Continue" button on TPay website to ensure that your deposit is instantly credited into your M88 account.

10. How do I make a deposit using Credit Cards?

We accept VISA, VISA ELECTRON and MasterCard only. Credit Cards provide the quickest and one of the most secure online methods to deposit funds into your m88 betting account. Your transaction is processed immediately and fund credited into your main wallet instantaneously.

  1. For your first Credit Card Deposit with M88:
    1. Select Credit Card – Visa - MasterCard
    2. Input the amount (You will be charged in USD, EUR, depending on your registered currency). If your registered currency is none of the above, you are still able to deposit via your credit card and be billed in USD
    3. Input your credit card details.
    4. Your registered name and the Card holder Name must be the same.
    5. Click Submit (Please ensure your pop up blocker is enabled) and you will be directed to a secured Credit Card processing gateway.
    6. You can choose to save the credit card information for your next return visit. No CVV2 is saved
    7. You may be required to submit supporting documents as part of our Account Identification procedures for credit card deposit.

  2. For your subsequent Credit Card Deposit with M88:
    1. Select the required deposit method.
    2. If you have choose to save your credit card details previously

11. How do I make a deposit using EntroPay Virtual Visa Card?

An EntroPay Virtual Visa Card is a prepaid, reusable, on-screen debit card that allows you to fund your account immediately and can be use anywhere Visa is accepted online. You can use your personal credit card (Visa or MasterCard) to add funds to your EntroPay Virtual Visa. Once you have loaded your Virtual Visa, which is done during EntroPay’s registration process, you can start spending right away. Your Virtual Visa is reloadable card so you can add more funds at anytime.

10.1 How do I get an EntroPay Virtual Visa?
Follow these easy steps:

  • Go to the Deposit page
  • Select “EntroPay” deposit method
  • Under the EntroPay option, click “Register” online for an EntroPay Virtual Visa Card
  • When the EntroPay page appears, click “Register” and follow the registration process.
  • You will need your credit card to add funds to your new EntroPay Virtual Visa card.
  • EntroPay currently accepts the following cards:
    • Visa
    • Visa Electron
    • MasterCard

10.2 Already have an EntroPay Virtual Visa Card

  • Click “Deposit” and select EntroPay from the drop down box
  • Enter your EntroPay Visa card details
  • Enter the amount
  • Click the “Submit” button
  • Funds will be credited instantly so long as you have sufficient balance on your EntroPay Visa card.

10.3 How much does an EntroPay Virtual Visa card cost?

10.4 Is there a reason why I cannot deposit with EntroPay in my account currency?
EntroPay only transacts in USD and EUR.
