First Steps

  1. Click LOGIN from the main page

  2. Input Username & Password and click LOGIN

  3. Click DEPOSIT menu

  4. Choose a DEPOSIT Method

Quick Transfer

A. Guide on How to Make a New Deposit

  1. Click Quick Transfer on Bank Transfer

  2. Click Create New Deposit Form

  3. Select Deposit Channel

  4. Enter the amount you want to deposit. (Remove the last 3 '0'. Example: Deposit is 100,000, just enter 100).

  5. Select your preferred bank options

  6. Destination bank account is displayed

  7. If you have selected Internet Banking, you may choose your bank on the dropdown and click "GO". Pop-up will be displayed for your selected bank. (If you selected Mobile Banking, Counter Banking, CDM, or ATM, you can skip this step.)

  8. To confirm your bank transfer kindly click NEXT

  9. Click OK

  10. Input the reference/transaction number

  11. Adjust the deposit date/time according to bank receipt (dd/mm/yyyy and hh:mm:ss)

  12. To speed up the process, kindly upload your bank receipt by selecting the file and clicking upload.

  13. Bonus code field will only be available for new members and for members who haven't made their first deposit. If we want to claim our sign-up bonus you may select the code from the drop-down. Otherwise we can just leave it blank.

  14. Click SUBMIT

  15. Click OK

  16. Click CONFIRM for final confirmation

  17. Deposit will be processed within 5 – 10 minutes estimation time

  18. Click Show Details to check your transaction status

B. Guide on How to complete your deposit form if you already made a transfer.

  1. Click on Bank Transfer

  2. Click COMPLETE DEPOSIT FORM

  3. Select Deposit Channel

  4. Select your bank from the dropdown that you used to make a deposit.

  5. Select M88 destination bank where you transferred the fund to

  6. Fill in your deposit amount that you just transferred to M88 Bank account

  7. Input the reference/transaction number

  8. Adjust the deposit date/time according to bank receipt (dd/mm/yyyy and hh:mm:ss)

  9. To speed up the process, kindly upload your bank receipt by selecting the file and clicking upload.

  10. Bonus code field will only be available for new members and for members who haven't made their first deposit. If we want to claim our sign-up bonus you may select the code from the drop-down. Otherwise we can just leave it blank.

  11. Click SUBMIT

  12. Click OK

  13. Click CONFIRM for final confirmation
